The concerts were performed under the patronage of the former Mayor of Munich, Hans-Jochen Vogel. Some musical samples of this concert are available here.

The proceeds of the concert in Munich were donated to the Bonifatius-Haneberg-Foundation, a medical aid organization of the Benediktinerabtei St. Bonifaz, Munich/Andechs which takes care of homeless and uninsured people.

The concert session was generously supported by Sonic Healthcare Germany and B. Braun.
